Jen,

Use dbconfig. Select manage, select query groups

Open the constituents query group.

Now expand the constituents folder in available hierarchies below.

Click on the constituents folder. The remarks field will be listed in the field list on the right.

Click, drag and drop the remarks field to the appropriate folder in the constituents query group up top.

Subject: Adding fields to Advanced Query


Dear All

I was wondering if you can help please?  One of my curators wants to search under the 'Remarks' field in the Constituents module on the address card but I can't find a way of adding it to the Query Group.

Of course it might just be Friday and the end of a long week ...
