Jen, Use dbconfig. Select manage, select query groups Open the constituents query group. Now expand the constituents folder in available hierarchies below. Click on the constituents folder. The remarks field will be listed in the field list on the right. Click, drag and drop the remarks field to the appropriate folder in the constituents query group up top. Hope this helps, David David Parsell Systems Manager Yale Center for British Art 1080 Chapel Street PO Box 208280 New Haven, CT 06520-8280 203 432-9603 203 432-9414 f [log in to unmask] From: The Museum System (TMS) Users [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Jen Kaines \\eoj Sent: Friday, November 21, 2008 7:34 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Adding fields to Advanced Query Dear All I was wondering if you can help please? One of my curators wants to search under the 'Remarks' field in the Constituents module on the address card but I can't find a way of adding it to the Query Group. Of course it might just be Friday and the end of a long week ... Thanks so much in anticipation.
