Dear colleagues,

I am trying to find if other institutions are actively tracking deaccession funds in TMS and if so, how? We have tried to track it by the individual object in TMS (as opposed to donor constituent) but our Curatorial departments have their own Excel spreadsheets that they maintain as well. Our hope is to have a centralized location for this, hopefully in TMS.  I am curious to see how others are managing deaccessions and if there is a relevant crystal report for deaccessions that someone would be willing to share. We have one but it is extremely messy.
