I've discovered that you can unlock advanced queries in TMS but there's some (surely unintentional) quirkiness to it -- if you pull up the saved query, click on the 'Sort' tab and then back on the 'Search For' tab, you'll then be able to uncheck the 'Locked' box. We're in TMS 9.35.3530. Once you save the table and restart TMS, the query will be unlocked. Also, if you are TMS sys.admin you should be able to set your security in TMS so that you can unlock locked tables (I'm making a big assumption here, I always use the SQL route to make things global that I need to see.). Your technical sys.admin can do these things for you. I created an advanced query, made it public but locked so no one could manipulate it. I now want to modify it myself but it won't let me. I can't figure out how to delete it either. I have searched the online manual but could not find anything. Thanks for your help! Elizabeth Elizabeth Chambers Collections Manager George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate & Gardens P.O.
