Hi Allison,
At National Gallery,
Then I search periodically for virtual
objects where current location is not ‘Virtual object’ to make sure
no-one has entered a ‘real’ location for a virtual record. This
rarely happens nowadays as only a small well trained group of Art Handlers and
Registrars update objects moves.

Subject: Virtual Objects question
Hi all,
I don’t know if anyone has
already asked this question, I apologize if this is the case. I am having some
problems with people not noticing the check box if a record is a virtual
object. Does anyone mark the objects in any other way to make it more apparent
it is a virtual object?
Thank you.
Best,
Allison
