Hi Laura, We use both Macs and PCs. Our Mac users have found that the Remote Desktop client CORD works very well. It seems to be friendlier and more flexible than the Microsoft Mac Remote Desktop client. It seems to run a bit slower on the Macs, but it's also slow on our PCs for whatever reason. You should be able to make it work. We've tried several strategies, and the most effective seems to be a terminal services server and remote desktop -- virutalization is a bit heavy for just a tms client. Just make sure the server has excel on it if you use the excel export. I'm sure citrix and the like provide similar experiences.
