Hiya Chris,

This is easy enough to do. There is a formula called ReportType - this controls that behavior. Simple remove the value "ITEM" and save. This will keep the report from singling out a single item and instead report on the selection.

Hello fellow TMSers,

I was wondering if anyone knew a simple way to change a Crystal Report from printing only the record you are viewing, to printing the entire found set of records that you are viewing.

Specifically, I'm talking about the OBJConservation report, found in the Conservation module of TMS 9.35 SP4. The report only prints one object at a time, which is cumbersome when you have a couple hundred you'd like to print.

I have Crystal Reports 2008, and I'm slightly proficient in using it. Just not sure what the best way is to go about accomplishing this task.

Thanks,
Chris
