Hi Amber,

I like the idea of using the Exhibition History field in Objects for exhibitions that occurred prior to your institution's acquisition of the artwork.

I’ve noticed that some of the standard TMS reports pull data from the Exhibition History field in the Objects Module.  We never use that field because it seems redundant.  We try to capture exhibition history with the actual exhibitions module or loans.  So I’m just wondering if anyone is using the Exhibition History field and what benefit there might be to using it, other than making including exhibition history in reports fairly straightforward.

Thanks,
Amber
