Unfortunately I have very little Crystal Reports background.  I’m sort of in the position of having to learn it as I try to troubleshoot it and Crystal Reports seems (at least for a lowly registrar) a bit complicated and cumbersome.  When you say pull the ObjectID field into the report, are you talking about inserting it into the report template?  Sorry for my lack of knowledge….

Pulling the ObjectID field into the report and suppressing it would solve the problem.

Subject: Crystal Report compatibility issue

 

We recently upgraded to TMS 2010 as well as the latest version of Crystal Reports.  When I try to pull in and run a report from TMS now, I get the follow error message: “You have defined a view which does not include the mandatory ObjectID field. Report cannot be processed”.  I’ve tried everything I know to try, but I’m not really sure what this error message means.  Can anyone suggest anything?
