My institution is changing over all florescent lighting to LED lighting.  I am wondering what experience others have had with LED lighting both positive and negative. <div><div style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">
