Hi Amber
There’s a special form for querying FlexFields, accessed via Advance Query: please see the attached.
Basically, select the FlexField Query Group and then Field Value from the drop-down; click on the zoom box and a new form appears where you can build your query. Let me know if you don’t receive the attachment (not sure if it will be included when replying to ListServ).
Best wishes
Jon

Subject: Searching flex fields
Has anyone been able to successfully search flex fields using the advanced query in TMS2010? I used to do this in 9.35 but it’s not working for me anymore. I’ve checked the configuration for queries and the fields are seemingly available. I get as far as you see in the image below, but the drop down menu for “Relation” won’t drop down, and I can’t type anything in for “Field Value.” Is there a possibility that I have something configured incorrectly? I don’t have access to the backend so I have to do all of my queries through TMS so I’m really hoping there’s a way to do this.
