Has anyone found a solution to make the attribution forward display label feature in tms2010 more automatic? 

 

For example, when someone updates the spelling of an artist’s name in the constituent record, it is automatically updated in objconstituents, but it still requires a one-at-a-time manual update in all of the associated object records.  Has anyone found a workaround to make this easier to do?

 

A second problem we encounter are users who forget that the attribution label is there and don’t update it when they update or change constituents.  I have a lot of cataloguers making changes to obj constituents and while I can communicate to everyone to look at attribution label, I would love a reminder or alert or something to happen at the point of data entry to either update the attribution label or ask the user if they want to update the attribution label at the same time. 

 

Both of these examples have caused me not to use the attribution label as much as I would like to.  Has anyone found workarounds that help?
