Yes, indeed!  You’ve found the culprit!

Oh wait – I think I’ve tracked it down.  The filter is looking at the loan status per object – I see where that is.  And that would make sense; we don’t always use that field, and it matches up with which loan records run on the report and which don’t.  Thanks!!

Hmmm… do you know if it is looking at the “overall loan status” field on the General tab, or is it looking at the text entry on the Statuses tab?  That could very well be our problem…

Also, the report filters by Loan Status = Pending and Approved.  So if you don’t use or have this field so defined, then it won’t pull those records.

Hi Amber,

There is something about Crystal Reports dropping records in the GS extras called fix crystal runtime. There's a script you can run to fix it. Maybe that's the ticket?

Is anyone using the Length of Display report in TMS?  I think it came with TMS2010.  I admit that I’m pretty terrible when it comes to SQL and Crystal Reports.  When I look at the report in Crystal, I’m not entirely sure which fields it’s looking at.  I do know that when I run the report, the results are incomplete.  I’m trying to compare loan records that show up in the report against the ones that don’t and I haven’t found the trigger yet.  Is there some criteria a loan record must have in order to get it to show up on the report?

Thanks,
Amber
