NPG reported this problem to Gallery Systems a while back, but we haven't heard anything. I'm sure our conservators are frustrated.

Subject: "Completed" button in Conservation module - TMS2012

Hi all,

I've just encountered a strange thing in the Conservation module. There is a button on the summary tab for each record labeled "Completed." However, if I check that box, and then navigate away and come back, the box is unchecked. It's like TMS isn't saving the data. I am not sure if this check box is dependent on another field somehow. I've checked DBconfig and permissions and I can see no reason why I can't use this checkbox. Here's a little screenshot to show exactly what button I'm talking about:

Does anyone else use this button? Is there a trick to it?

Thanks,
Amber
