Malinda, After selecting the constituents you want to use in the Attribution Label, you also need to go to Attribution Label tab and click on "Create Label". This will transfer the appropriate data into the label, and then allow you to modify the text per your needs. For example "Engraved by Joe Bloggs based upon a design by John Smith". If you make modifications, you should remember to click the "Save Label" button to register and save the changes.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding the display of constituents. As an example, we have an engraving who has two object related constituents under the roles of Engraver and Original Artist. When you are in the data entry view, both of these are displayed in the constituents field but when I switch to list view, only the Engraver is displayed in attribution. I want both to be displayed. When I open the constituents filed and click “Use in Attribution” check box for both, it seems to not be saving. Do anyone know the trick to this?

Thank you!
