If it's not there, you can add it via the DB Config utility: Menu --> Manage --> Query groups.
For each module you can drag and drop search fields in either advanced search groups or query search.
Find the field in the <Available hierarchies - Media>, drag it and drop in <Query groups - Media>

In our version of TMS 2012, "Public Access" is in the list of fields for Query Assistant in the Constituents module.

Subject: Searching for Public Constituent Records--TMS 2012

Dear all,

I am trying to find a way to identify all constituent records that are marked for Public Access but can't find any way to do this through either Query Assistant or Advanced Query. It's so simple to do for Objects! Can anyone point the way? We have TMS 2012

Thanks
Margaret Bullock
