Here’s a little more detail:

Open Configuration and go to Manage>QueryGroups. Select the ‘Constituents’ node from the ‘Available Hierarchies’ and then ‘Public Access’:

Drag-and-drop ‘Public Access’ into a ‘Query Group’ e.g. ‘Query Assistant’:

It sounds like you just need to add the public access field to either your query assistant or your advanced query. Go to DBA Config, and open Manage Query Groups. Under Available Hierarchies, select the Constituents node. Find the field and drag it into the appropriate group at the top of the screen. Drag and drop can be a little finicky in the tool, but just keep tryin until you get it moved.

If you have any other questions, check out the help file under DB Config.

If my syntax has been off, it's because I'm writing this from memory on vacation. Good luck. ~Chad

Dear all,

I am trying to find a way to identify all constituent records that are marked for Public Access but can't find any way to do this through either Query Assistant or Advanced Query. It's so simple to do for Objects!  Can anyone point the way? We have TMS 2012

Thanks
