Ma’am;

I am not sure if you have access to the SQL backend, but if you do then you can run this query and export the results to excel. Or you can make it a view and create a list view and use it that way.

Subject: Report/Listview help?

Hello all –

Forgive me if I’ve asked this question before, but I checked the archive and didn’t see anything.

We’ve recently gotten an image server of sorts, and I’ve been updating our Media records with the current archival image information so staff can retrieve archival images as needed. The one thing that seems to be clunky is getting TMS to spit out a list of where the archival images live. We currently have to go into each record and go through all the clicks to get to the Archival Storage tab on the filename for each one. We note the folder location of the image in the Archival Volume Name field, and I can’t see to find a listview or report that includes this field anywhere.

So, my question is, does anyone have a report or listview (so they export to an Excel sheet) that includes this field? I am on 2010, and do not have Crystal Reports to create my own at this point. (Or am I missing an obvious shortcut??)

Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Diane.
