Dear Tom,

I spotted your e-mail on the tex-con. I am looking for a silk type Grosgrain fabric for the back of a folding screen. The front is silk aubusson tapestry. Color: dusty peach.

I have found good fabrics cotton/poly in upholstery shops but not the right color.

Do you have any suggestions?? I left a message about this with Verlene last week but no word has been received yet.

I would appreciate any help you might provide in finding a grosgrain or faille fabric.

Thank you very much.

I responded from my personal email address ([log in to unmask]) directly to you and from my business email address above when I didn't hear back from you. I hope they were not diverted into a 'spam filter' as unknown address senders.

Testfabrics, Inc. services the textile needs of several groups within the museum community, conservators, exhibit builders/designers, storage and maintainence professionals, preparators/installers/movers/shippers etc.

We have some suppliers that may have what you are looking for and I hope to be sending you more information shortly but wanted to know that my emails were reaching you.

If you have found what you are looking for in the meantime, please let us know.

I look forward to hearing from you further.

  Sincerely,

  Dear members of the TexConsList

I need your help. Seeking grosgrain ( Ribbed) silk fabric dark purple color but not meeting in Portugal. I've tried several manufacturers and shops but no one has.
Did you know where I can buy? can someone send me the address with a manufacturer or store?
  Thank you in advance.
