Hi, TMS users,
We have a long-standing exhibit at a nearby museum and although the exhibit doesn’t change much (title, subject), some of the objects are rotated in and out periodically depending on conservation/display guidelines and involvement in traveling
exhibits. We have this exhibit in our Exhibitions module, and the objects and the associated loans are linked to it – those lists will likely only grow with time. However, we’re wondering how other institutions have dealt with a similar type of exhibit in
TMS, in terms of organizing the rotations and making it easy to see what was rotated in and out and for how long. Until recently, we haven’t used the Exhibition Module extensively, and we are not sure if there are any great features or tricks that we might
be missing out on.
