Hi Heather,

I believe that similar to current location and primary image for an object,
this feature is designed to assign one value as the default 'current'
value. When there is a single value entry on a work, the check can only be
undone with the addition of another value to which the 'current' check can
be assigned. The thinking behind the programming would seem to be that of
all possible values, one must be 'current'.

Hope this helps,
Jeri
