Subject: Advice on Standards for Context Fields

Hello all,

I am working on a TMS data clean-up project and I am currently working on writing standards for using the following fields: Period, Dynasty, Reign, Style, Movement, and School.

I was wondering how or even if other institutions use these fields.  Do you have any written standards that you may be willing to share?  We’re thinking it may be easier to not use these fields and instead use Attributes.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Feel free to contact me off list.

Thank you,

Kelly
