Hello everyone,
Our collection keeps records of all loans and exhibitions in TMS, whether they are pending, in progress, finished or canceled. Whenever we search for loans (for example, all loans in 2013) the results always display the canceled loans in
addition to all of our past loans. Is there a way to hide all canceled loans and exhibitions from our search results? Similar to the way de-accessioned objects are not displayed in an object search (unless you specify).
