I too am very interested in the way people are using the biblio module and any existing data manuals that anyone would be willing to share as we are also interested in developing this module further. Currently we only use the field in the objects module, but do publish a fair amount of exhibition catalogues and would like to be able to further track in the bibio module.

Many thanks,
Karen

We use both, though sporadically.  Whenever I receive a gratis copy, it gets catalogued in the module, that way it’s directly linked to the cited object.  Also, I’ll digitize the relevant chapter or article and link that to the media portion of the module so that there is easier access to the content.

I’m very interested in the data entry manual as we need to decide consistency going forward.

Hi Kristin

We are using the Bib Module. Happy to share our data entry manual if that's helpful.

Hello All –

I am interested in finding out how various institutions capture bibliographic information in TMS. Do you use the text field or the module? If you use the module, how do you relate this to a library system – exporting/importing or integrating?

Any feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Kristin
