Hello, all these great ideas from a previous post about managing exhibitions got me thinking that maybe folks had good ideas about how to best use the Section and Segment fields in an exhibition.

 

The two frustrations we need to solve are…

a) section and segment fields have short character limits, and often our section names for an exhibition exceed the character limit

b) some exhibitions actually have more than two section “levels”, meaning that sections are broken down into more than two “sub-sections” so in theory we need more fields to store these subsections.

 

Has anyone found  a successful way to work with exhibition sections in TMS?
