We started to use our shipping module fairly recently and have the following questions:

How and where do you enter packing and/or crate information?

 

·         What module you enter it under? i.e. Objects – Notes or Shipping – Crate?

·         What fields you enter information for:

o   Crate dimensions

o   Paint colour

o   Specialized crate hardware

o   Packing materials

o   Any other information you enter?

·         What reports do you run & how you use these reports?
