Many thanks Chad, this is helpful, but we use object statuses as alerts and warnings when handling records in various operations and unless you have reason to suspect that
there may be more than one status flag, you are not likely to hover over this area. I have of course warned users now that they should do so!

All the status flags for a record appear in a tooltip, when you mouse over the status flag area of the screen.

Hi Gillian,
The only way seems to be to reduce the text length of your Status Flags. Mine consist of maximum 2-4 (key)words. I admit - they become slightly cryptic, but this way I can display 2-3 of them in normal window mode, and 6-8 in full screen mode.
