We have had that problem as well.  Glad we are not alone… hope there’s an answer!

Hi Lizz,

I've experienced the exact same problem.  We have TMS 2012.  Hope there's a solution!

Cheers,
Nicola

We have been working with Gallery Systems on an issue, and may have hit a dead end. We would love to hear if any other institutions have experienced a similar problem or have remedied the issue.

Our users have been receiving an error from TMS after they drag and drop approximately 60-70 image files. It is an 'Out of Memory' and it comes no matter if the files are added to one record or many, and regardless of the time between the first record being added to the last. It also does not seem to matter what size the files are or which module they are being linked to.

So far we, with the help of Gallery Systems, have been able to determine that the error is occurring somewhere in the Sql processes, but have not been able to narrow the issue down further. If anyone has experienced this, we would love to hear from you.

thank you,

Lizz
