Here is a GS canned report that I modified (at least the header and color scheme).

It displays in Landscape; tombstone info, small image, current location.

It will print the object record whether there is an image attached to the record or not.

Hopefully this will take care of your needs after you change the museum name appearing in the report.

Best, David

Whoops!  That report definitely does not have images… This one is organized by accession number, but does have images and locations.

We have a few reports with locations, but this is the one we use most often.  It’s not landscape, but that’s easy enough to adjust.  Also, we have repurposed the object title field for a catalogue number we use frequently with our collection.

I am very interested in this as well, having tried without success to create such a list!

Is anyone willing to share their examples of  landscape format list or grid object reports that include tombstone, thumbnail, and current location?

We need to create one for our curators and I wanted to see what was out there already before I start from scratch. Most of the canned TMS location reports of this sort lack an image. Thanks!
