Hi Madeline, I suspect you are stuck. I had the exact same problem, and now have set my computer's color preferences to color, because it is the only way I can get the fact sheets and image viewer images to print in color. Now I have to go in and manually change almost everything else to B&W each time I print. I found no other way to get around this.... Hopefully, someone else can let us know a workaround.... Dear TMS Community, I just wondered if anyone else has encountered issues with printing in colour from the Image Viewer? (when double clicking on a thumbnail image) Printer options from here are limited, with no apparent opportunity to print in colour. Unfortunately our printers default to black and white so without being able to change preferences we're a bit stuck. We get the options below: [cid:image001.jpg@01D06AC6.C6BC1C30] There seems to be the same problem around printing fact sheets. But not so with reports as we can actually access printer preferences when printing from there. Does anyone know how to overcome this? I'm hoping I've just missed something that can be controlled in house?
