Stephanie, Do you keep track of regular events like gallery cleanings in the Events Module or anywhere else? Could you share an Incident Report record you have in your Events Module? I’m curious to see more about using the Events Module. Thank you! Hi Jessica, We use the Events module for Incident Reports (we don’t record any other “events” in the module). It can link to the object record, you can add constituents, attributes, media and notes. This works very well for us. Good luck finding something that works for your institution. Hopefully you won’t need to use it too often! Hi Jessica, We have a form that gets filled out by security or art handlers that describes the incident and that gets attached as a .pdf to the conservation record for the object. It's a little clunky; users have to make sure they check line items in order to see the information but it does get it into TMS.
