We ended up bring over a lot of information based on how the system will be used; Piction has object tombstone info including signed/marks/inscriptions,
some documentation fields, and current label copy; data is refreshed nightly

Articulating data with a 1:1 mapping from TMS
4.
We explored using VRA core, but ended up going with TMS field names for consistency for our users
5.
Our Imaging Manager is working with Piction to embed IPTC formatted information (much less than the rest of the info in Piction) when an image is
downloaded
