The Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture is looking for professional, non-personal, work-for-hire services.  The contract is for 2,000 hours to be completed in a year. The desired candidate will assist with cataloging collection items and correct existing records in the museum’s collection information system, The Museum System (TMS). The candidate may also assist in teaching other contractors and staff to catalog collection items and create, enhance, and correct TMS records as well as assist with a variety of collection digitization projects.
