Dear TMS Experts,

For those of you that have performance works in your collection, how do you document when that performance is re-created, say for an exhibition? Do you create a new record and relate the two? Do you create an “Archive” record for the new performance and relate? Do you make a note in the collection record?

Also, for non-collection performance works for an exhibition, do you treat these as ‘Loans’? Even though the work is not really a loan? Is there a separate department that you create to house these works?

Any insight would be appreciated.
