I ditto David’s suggestion. Could you also search by LoginID? You can add that field in dbconfig via manage query groups. You could also add EnteredDate, the date the record was created. You can also add ConstituentID to the sorting options. Alternatively, you could add ConID to a custom list view for sorting in list view mode.

Even if you don't have permissions or access, perhaps someone in IT could do a very easy SQL search for the LoginID of the person who made the bad records....

Hi all,

We need to go back and update a group of constituent records that have been added over the last few months by a single user.  Since there is no audit trail for constituent records (is there?), we were hoping to be able to use "Constituent ID" as a way to narrow it down significantly.

I can find a way in Advanced Query (Constituents/Constituent Geography/Constituent ID) to get a "greater than" group of records that corrals everything entered past a certain ID Number but we're kind of having to throw a dart at what that starting number is.

I'm wondering if anyone out there has found more sophisticated ways to use Constituent ID for this kind of search? And/or to get a group of Constituent records to sort by Constituent ID instead of alphabetically?

We're in TMS 2012 at the moment, upgrading shortly to 2014

Thanks very much
