We are currently planning a significant project to augment our TMS records here at the National Gallery, and so this question of attributing information has
also been concerning me as I get to grips with the system (I started using it in February). So I, too, would be grateful to hear from anyone who’s been entering this kind of information, or has plans to do so.

As far as what NARA would call 'source notes' for Constituents (we are just now fleshing out standards/procedures for constituent authority records), we plan to create text entries, type Source Note, date is the date the text entry was
created, author is who created the source note, text is the actual citation. Hope this helps?
