Heather,

Your eMuseum question may be a timing issue related to your scheduled data refresh from TMS to eMuseum. Someone from the eMuseum support team will contact you for more information and to provide assistance, or you can create a new eMuseum support case yourself by going to https://volaris.force.com/gscommunity/s/login/ and creating the case.

Best,
Danielle Uchitelle

Subject: Re: 'accountability'

Heather,

Accountability has no special meaning, except what you assign to it. It is useful for institution that have departments that may manage objects for other departments; for instance, the Asian Art dept has a Tibetan manuscript. However, this object may be managed by the Manuscripts dept because they have better expertise with the care and management of manuscripts. So while the object might be assigned the Manuscripts dept - they are not accountable for it.

This field is special in that your administrator can configure the default value on this field for new object records.

I hope this helps, ~Chad

Hello TMSrs
Can anyone define what is meant by the term in TMS “accountability” – it appears across the top of the data entry screen.
As well, I have unchecked the ‘public access’ box for works that I do not want to appear on e-museum, but they continue to appear.
Thanks for your help,
