I have used the bibliography module for a couple of departmental collection catalogues whereby an internal user can leaf through the catalogues by catalogue number. It has been very helpful for these departments
for cleaning up data on the individual records.

Good morning,
Please find attached our guidelines for the bibliography module (TMS2012).
We don't catalogue books in TMS, but rather are cataloging for linked data. This work is completed by both collections information staff and interns. Happy to chat more about it!
Cheers,
Marin

A library intern drafted the attached bibliographic module guidelines a few years ago. We still don’t use the module much, but whenever anyone is interested, these are the documents I provide as a suggested guide.
If for some reason the attachments don’t make it to the list, feel free to contact me directly and I’ll be happy to share.

Subject: Bibliography module guidelines
Dear colleagues
So far, at the National Gallery we haven’t used the Bibliography module. But that is about to change. Before it does – would any of you be willing, please, to share your data-entry guidelines for the module, either on-
or off-list? It’d be useful to see how other people have used it before we draw up our own rules.
With thanks and best wishes
Rupert
