You can run the following SQL against TMS. Replace the names with your
LoginID (or another account name) and the LoginID from the account that was
deleted.

UPDATE Queries SET Owner = 'YOURNAME' WHERE Owner = 'DELETEDNAME';

When you login to TMS, you can then see their old queries and should have
the ability to unlock and delete them.
