Dear colleagues,

The Art Gallery of Ontario has a collection of nitrite negatives on loan to various institutions; however, in many cases we send out exhibition copies-not the negatives themselves. Exhibition copies are catalogued as 'EC' components of the negative 'parent' records.

We would like to accurately reflect this in exhibition, shipping, and loan records and reports across the modules.

Is there a way to isolate specific components of object records for these purposes?

Many thanks,
Stephanie Burdzy
