I have found that using Adobe Acrobat to print the report as a PDF instead of the built-in export to PDF feature sometimes fixes formatting issues such as this.

Subject: Exporting Report to PDF - Issues with Font

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with diacritic characters appearing on custom Crystal Reports when I export it from TMS to PDF:

[cid:image001.jpg@01D373F0.3BB32DA0]
The accents above words should not be there and do not appear in the TMS report viewer. I tried changing all the report field fonts to Arial Unicode MS. I've also tried to fix the registry key for SAP Business Objects (outlined in this Knowledge Article<https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/1542287>), but this only fixed the issue for PDF exports directly from Crystal, not from TMS.

Has anyone else run in to this issue? Any suggestions for other tests I can do would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Alex
