Hi Rob, We use PDF Expert. We download the condition report as a pdf to Dropbox, then load it in the PDF Expert app on an iPad. You can add text, symbols, lines, colors, photos, etc. to annotate the condition of artworks. The download is around $60 but Dropbox is free. It was well worth the cost and easy to use.
