Thank you so much !

We are just at the beginning of implementing the Loans Module right now with a rather simple link to the Exhibition Module : a few data : title, memomnic, dates, venue, but so far not yet the management and organization of the exhibition…

Gee, if you want simple, I can do that!

We are still in the early stages of using the exhibition module. I would also be interested in what others who are further along have developed.

Correct me if I am wrong, but something very basic.  I believe a checklist or workflow as to how you build exhibitions in the exhibitions module. For example, 1. Create a working title for the exhibition 2. Create a mnemonic for the checklist objects 3. etc..

When you say exhibition procedures what exactly do you mean?  For the last year, we have been working to flesh out our archived exhibitions, so we have a workflow document for this.  We also have draft documents for "Exhibition Planning, Execution, and Archiving," as well as a draft of existing exhibition workflow.  Rose

Would anyone be willing to share their documentation or procedures documents for the Exhibitions module? These would be greatly appreciated!
