I should add re: Exhibitions module use, I am in the process of working out how we will use TMS to feed exhibitions information - description, didactics, object labels, images - to our website. This is not yet reflected in the documentation as my colleagues and I have not determined exactly how/where we will create the data in TMS, link record types (Exhibitions, Bibliography, Objects most likely), and extend our API to pull the content for web display. If anyone is already using TMS to do this, I'd be very interested to speak with you!

All the best, and a very happy Friday,

Frances

Hi Folks, We have a very 'draft' data standard/guidelines document for our
Exhibitions module (attached), though have not updated it since upgrading
to TMS2016 earlier in the year. (As the name indicates, it's for TMS 2012.)
A few of our staff are trying it out, but it has not been finalized or
rolled out generally yet. There is plenty of work to be done on it, but
perhaps it will be helpful as is. I will be getting back to it in the
coming months, so am interested in seeing what the rest of you have put
together!

Thanks,

Frances
