Sue,

Thanks so much for sharing this report. It’s good to have an alternate one!

My best,

Angelika

Subject: FW: Object Package Report

Hello all,

Yesterday we discovered a problem with the TMS Listserv for Smithsonian staff. The problem has been fixed, and I’m forwarding an e-mail I couldn’t send yesterday to make sure it’s working now. I’m glad Angelika already got a report that works for her, and I hope this one will be helpful too.

Thanks,

Sue

Hi Angelika,

You need to add a parameter and select the package when running the report (and Package Name is case sensitive, so it has to be entered exactly.) You sort on the object package OrderPos field. Attached is a sample report—you’ll need to to edit the constituents sub-report, as it’s designed to select two specific roles for our purposes. It does also contain the notes fields for both the object package and the objects within the package.

Best,

Sue

Is there a way to run a report of an exported object package so that the objects will stay in the order they are listed in that object package? I can’t find a way to do this.

Basically, I need a report with tombstone information and thumbnail images that will maintain the object package order.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Angelika
