I’m trying to find an easy way for my marketing colleagues to pull information about both the image and the object when using something from the collection in publication.

 

From the media record

                Public Caption [MediaMaster.PublicCaption]

                Copyright [MediaMaster.Copyright]

                Restrictions [MediaMaster.Restrictions]

 

From the object record

                tombstone info

and

Copyright [ObjRights.Copyright]

                Credit Line [ObjRights.CreditLineRepro]

                Restrictions [ObjRights.Restrictions]

 

Has anyone got a report which does something like this? Thanks in advance!
