Hi Byron,

While this is technically possible, the SQL Server’s service account likely does not have sufficient permissions to access the media folders and files.

This webpage has some good info, though I wouldn’t add any columns to TMS tables.

Subject: Query Media Records for Missing Files

Hello all,

Is it possible to run a query on media records that will return instances where a media file no longer exists at its specified path?

Kindest thanks!

Byron
