This bug in the Fact Sheet was an unfortunate side effect of some recent changes to the TMS geography controls. The issue has been assigned high priority to fix, and we intent to include this in the next TMS release.

We too have the same problem since our upgrade to TMS 2018.
Fact sheets just don’t live up to their name anymore.
But, it has made for some amusing reports!
