We’ve been having similar issues with the Fact Sheet. Lately, it’s not even populating the Birth, Death or Associated Places (even if that information is in the constituent records) – it’s just showing up with a dash / - .

Hi all,

 

I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue. When I print a fact sheet, incorrect birth and death places are pulled into the report. I’ve checked to see if there was a mistake in the constituent module, but all the information seems to be correct. It’s a recurring issue for all the fact sheets I print.
