Hi Carrie,
I spoke to Gallery Systems last year about this problem and they told me it is a bug that will be fixed for the next version of TMS. So unfortunately this tool does not work right now. Have you tried doing the search differently? Maybe through the Query Assistant? I hope you can find a solution until this problem is fixed!

Subject: Flex Field searching
I am hoping someone can help solve a problem with searching flex fields.
I have done as instructed in the help menu: Advance Query, select Flex Fields, then select Flex Field search (Click on...), however when I go the ellipses ("...") button, nothing happens, that is the Flex Field Lookup window does not appear so that I can select a new search.
