My institution recently converted to TMS and wants to get some customized reports since the out-of-the-box ones aren't quite serving our needs in terms of workflows. Has anyone purchased the SupportPlus package? Is it worth the $8,000 price tag or is it better to buy those services a-la-carte? I don't know how long a report takes to make or edit, nor do I know how many we need at this time.
